Amendment of section 41 of Act V of 1898

In section 41 of the said Code, after sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely :-- "(3) Any powers conferred by the Sessions Judge may be withdrawn by the Sessions Judge with the approval of the High Court."
