  1. (1) This Act may be called the City of Bombay Primary Education Act, 1920.
  2. (2) It extends only to [Greater Bombay].
  3. (3) It shall be construed as part of and supplementary to the City of Bombay Municipal Act, 1888, hereinafter called "the principal Act ".
