1. Short title and extent

(1) This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar Refugees Rehabilitation (Loans) (Maharashtra Repeal) Act, 1962. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
2. Repeal of C.P. and Berar Act LXVIII of 1948
Statutory text
The Central Provinces and Berar Refugees Rehabilitation (Loans) Act, 1948 (C.P. and Berar Act LXVIII of 1948), is hereby repealed.
