Power of Inspector to adjust weights or measures

Where it appears to the State Government desirable that an Inspector should be allowed in an area to adjust the weights or measures or weighing or measuring instruments, it may, if it thinks fit, authorise such Inspector to adjust weights and measures or such instruments accordingly.
