1. Short title

This Act may be called the Bombay State Guarantees (Repeal) Act, 1964.
2. Repeal of Bombay Act No. 71 of 1958
Statutory text
The Bombay State Guarantees Act, 1958, is hereby repealed.
3. Savings
Statutory text
The repeal of the Bombay State Guarantees Act, 1958, shall not affect any guarantee already given; and any such guarantee shall continue in force and be deemed to have been given under the corresponding provisions of the law of the State of Maharashtra or the State of Gujarat, as the case may be, as if the said Act had not been repealed.
