Short title, extent and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Separation of Judicial and Executive Functions Act, 1951.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bombay.
- (3) It shall come into force on such 1date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
