This Act may be called the Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control (Amendment) Act, 1961.
2. Amendment of section 3 of Bom. LVII of 1947 and of that Act as extended to Kutch area

In the Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 and also in that Act as extended to the Kutch area of the State of Gujarat, in section 3, in sub-section (2), for the figures "1961" the figures "1963" shall be substituted.
