Examinations held by the Court and courses of studies

The Court shall by by-laws under section 35 prescribe the examinations to be held by it, the qualifications for admission to such examinations, the courses of studies for such examinations, the standard of passing the degree, diploma, certificate or any other like award to be given to persons who pass the examinations and such other matters in respect of such examinations as may be necessary.
