Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Fodder and Grain Control Act, 1939.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the Province of Bombay.
- (3) It shall come into force with effect from such date as the Provincial Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
