Saving of mineral rights of inamdar

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the rights of all inamdars subsisting on the appointed day to mines, or mineral products in inami land granted under a contract or grant by the State Government or recognised by a decision of a competent court, notwithstanding the fact that the tenure on which such land is held has been extinguished by this Act.
