  1. (1) The Governing Body of
    • (f) such other powers, as may be prescribed by the statutes.
  2. (4) The Governing Body shall, meet at least thrice in a calendar year or minimum once in every four months.
  3. (5) The quorum for meetings of the Governing Body shall be five.
