The Administrators General and Official Trustees (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 1982

In section 1 of the Administrators-General Act, 1913, in its application to the State of Maharashtra, in sub-section (2), for the words "throughout India except Part B States" the words "throughout the State of Maharashtra" shall be substituted. (1) This Act may be called the Administrators General and Official Trustees (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 1982. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

In section 30 of the Official Trustees Act, 1913, in its application to the State of Maharashtra, in sub-section (2), for the words "throughout India except the Part B States" the words "throughout the State of Maharashtra" shall be substituted.
