- (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely :-
- (a) Managing Director of the Corporation Chairman. (b)Executive Director of the CorporationMember. (c)Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, North Maharashtra Region, NashikMember. (d)Chief Engineer of the CorporationMember. (e)Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the CorporationMember. (f)Executive Engineer of the Corporation Member-Secretary.
- (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
