Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra State Council for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Act, 2002.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
- (3) It shall come into force on such 1date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint : Provided that, different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act ; and reference in any such provisions to the date of commencement of this Act shall be constructed as a reference to the date of coming into force of those provisions.
