Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF BOARD AND GOVERNING COUNCIL
Statutory text
- (1) The Board may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and servants, as it considers necessary, for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
- (2) The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants appointed under sub-section (1), shall be such as may be determined by the Board by regulations.
