Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD AND GOVERNING COUNCIL

If the Chairman or member of the Board or any Committee thereof becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 9, his office shall thereupon be declared vacant by the Government.
