Fine for disclosure of confidential information

If an Investigating Officer or any person present at, or concerned in, any proceeding under this Act wilfully discloses any information or the contents of any document in contravention of the provisions of this Act, he shall, on conviction, on a complaint made by the party who gave the information or produced the document in such proceeding, be punished with fine which may extend to Rs. 25,000.
