University to follow rules, regulations, norms etc., of regulatory body.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the university shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms, etc., of the competent regulatory body and provide all such facilities and assistance to such body as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
