Chapter IX AMENDMENTS TO THE MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002

Statutory text

In section 41 of the Value Added Tax Act, in sub-section (4),—

  1. (1) in clause (a), the words “and petroleum products” shall be deleted;
  2. (2) in clause (b), in the Explanation, the words “and petroleum products” shall be deleted;
  3. (3) clause
    • (c) shall be deleted.
