Certain offences to be cognizable.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), offence punishable under,-

1. (a) sections 39 and 41, for contravening provisions of section 4, and
2. (b) section 42, for contravening provisions of section 23, and
3. (c) section 45, for molestation, shall be cognizable.
