Statutory text
- (1) The Maharashtra Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Ordinance, 1969, is hereby repealed.
- (2) Anything done or any action taken by or under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 22nd day of October 1969.
