Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers not disqualified

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that a person shall not be disqualified for being chosen as, or for being member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly or the Maharashtra Legislative Council merely by reason of the fact that he holds the office of a Minister of State or of a Deputy Minister.
