Chapter I Preliminary
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the 1[Maharashtra] Merged Territories Miscellaneous Alienations Abolition Act.
- (2) It extends to the merged territories in the 2[pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay, excluding the transferred territories.]
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
