No Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of eviction of any person from any land or premises requisitioned or continued under requisition under this Act on any of the grounds specified in section 8C or the recovery of any sum or other dues payable for the use or occupation of such land or premises.]
