Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT, CONDUCT OF BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CORPORATION

- (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely : (a) Executive Director of the CorporationChairman(b) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Pune Division. Member(c)Chief Engineer (Specified Project), Irrigation Department, Pune Division.Member1[(d) Chief Engineer of the CorporationMember]2[(d-1) Finance Member of the CorporationMember](e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the CorporationMember(f) Superintending Engineer of the CorporationMember-Secretary.
- (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
