Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called 1[the Maharashtra Khoti Abolition Act].
(2) It extends to the districts of Ratnagiri and Kolaba as constituted immediately before the thirtieth day of July 1948.
(3) It shall come into force on such 2date as the 3[State Government] may by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
