Authentication of orders etc. of 1[the Authority].- All proceedings of 2[the Authority] shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or of any Member authorised by the Chairman and all other orders and instruments of 3[the Authority] shall be authenticated by the signature of the Member-Secretary or of any other officer of 4[the Authority] as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
