Chapter XIV TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
Statutory text
The first Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Government of Maharashtra, with the approval of the Chancellor. Provided that, the first Vice-Chancellor shall hold office until regular Vice-Chancellor is appointed under section 12.
