Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Housing Regulatory Authority.

No act or proceedings of the Housing Regulatory Authority shall be invalid merely by reason of,-

1. (a) any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Housing Regulatory Authority; or
2. (b) any defect in the appointment of a person acting as a Chairperson or Member; or
3. (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Housing Regulatory Authority not affecting the merits of the case.
