Chapter II GOSEVA AYOG
Statutory text
- (1) Any casual vacancy occurred due to death, resignation, disqualification or removal of a non-official member shall be filled as early as possible.
- (2) A member appointed under sub-section (1) shall hold office so long as the member in whose place he has been appointed would have held office if the vacancy had not occurred.
