Compensation for accusation without reasonable cause.

Wherein a trial of an offence under this Act, the Magistrate is of opinion that there was no reasonable ground for making the accusation he may proceed to take action against the complainant or the informant under section 250 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (II of 1974).
