Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, established under this Act.

Incorporation of University

1. (1) There shall be established a University by the name of the Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune.
2. (2) The President, the Vice-Chancellor, the Governing Body, the Board of Management, the academic council and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted and declared to be a body corporate by the name of the “Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune”.
3. (3) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
4. (4) The University shall function as a non-affiliating University established under this Act and it shall not affiliate any other college or institution for the award, conferment of degree, diploma and certificate of its degree to the students admitted therein.
