Penalty for contravening conditions of licence

Statutory text
- (1) If any person to whom a licence has been granted in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of this Act contravenes any of the conditions subject to which such licence is granted, such person shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
- (2) If any person to whom a permit has been granted by a licensee in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section
- (3) of section 4 of this Act, contravenes any of the conditions subject to which such permit is granted he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
