Saving.

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect,–

1. (a) any obligation or liability already incurred before the appointed date ; or
2. (b) any proceeding or remedy in respect of such obligation or liability ; and any such proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced as if this Act had not been passed.
