Authorities of University.
The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983Education198379 sections
Statutory text
The following shall be the authorities of each University, namely :-
- (i) the Executive Council,
- (ii) the Academic Council,
- (iii) the Faculties,
- (iv) the Boards of Studies,
- (v) Such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
