The Madhya Pradesh University Law (Amendment) Act, 2024

1. (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vishwavidyalaya Vidhi Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2024.
2. (2) It shall come in to force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.

Throughout the principal Acts,- (1)

1. (1) in the Hindi version, for the word “Kulpati”, wherever it occurs, the word “Kulguru” and for the words “Pro-Vice-Chancellor” and “Prati-Kulpati” wherever they occur, the word “Prati-Kulguru” shall be substituted.“
2. (2) in the-English version for the word “Kulpati”, wherever it occurs, the word “Vice-Chancellor” shall be substituted.
