The Madhya Pradesh Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2005

(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2005. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its first publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".

In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Upkar Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 1 of 1982) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-section (1), for the figures and word "15 percent", the figures and word "20 percent" shall be substituted.
