2. Amendment of Section
Statutory text
In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya (Khand Nyaypeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), in sub-section (2), for the figure and word "45 days", wherever they occur, the figure and word "90 days" shall be substituted.
