To clause (iii) of sub-section (2) of Seetion 51 of the Principal Act, the following

proviso shall be added, narribly:— "Provided that atleast one of the three experts shall be . nominated from category of Scheduled Castel, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes.. In case of • non-availability of an expert froth these categories, one. Administrative Officer not below the rank of Commiisioner, who belongs to reserved categories, shall be naminated."..
