Exemption of Certain Establishments and Persons from Provisions of the Act
The MP Shops and Establishment Act, 1958orders on the subject, the State Government are pleased to direct that the provisions of the sections of the said Act mentioned in column No. (2) of the Table annexed hereto shall not apply to classes of establishments and class of persons mentioned in column No. (1), subject to the terms an conditions specified in column (3) of the said Table until further orders:—
