The Madhya Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee Act, 2013

This Act sets up the Madhya Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee to regulate admission and fees in private professional educational institutions. Admission is through a common entrance test, and the Committee fixes fees based on set factors. Its decisions can be appealed, and the Act overrides other laws.
