The constitution, terms, powers, and duties of the Academic Planning and Evaluation Board shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes.

Constitution of Committees Every authority shall have the powers to appoint committees which may unless otherwise provided in this Act or Statutes consist of the members of the authority, and such other persons as it may think fit.
