Statutory text
In this part,- (a) "vacant land" means open land, not being mainly used for the purpose of agriculture ; (b) expressions "agriculture" and "land" shall have the meanings assigned to these expressions in the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959).
