Statutory text
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires - (i) "Authority: means the Gwalior Trade Fair Authority constituted under Section 3. (ii) "Trade Fair" means trade, industrial, agricultural, cattle fairs or any other fair as may be specified by the state Government from time to time held at Gwalior trade fair area.
