Enrolment of members of Raksja Dal

Provided that in such enrollments due representation would be given to scheduled Castes, scheduled Tribes, Women and the Minorities.

1. (2) The Superintendent shall issue a certificate of enrollment to every member of a Raksha Dal which in such form as may be prescribed and shall have the powers, privileges and shall discharge the duties Raksha Dal by or shall be thereupon he protection conferred and imposed on him as a member of the under this Act.
2. (3) The village Kotwar and patel wherever appointed will be the members of the Raksha Dal.
