Amendment of Section 13

3. In section 13 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :, “(a) the manner in which religious structures are eligible for in situ regularisation under section 3 and the manner of obtaining permission under clause

1. (b) of sub-section

1. (1) of Section 3;”.
