Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be cited as the [Madhya Pradesh]² Regulation of Waters Act, 1949.
- (2) It extends to the whole of [Madhya Pradesh.]³
- (3) It shall come into force on such date⁴ as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
