Right of appeal

Statutory text
- (1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Sub-Divisional Officer under sub-section
- (2) of section 7 granting permission subject to conditions or refusing permission may within thirty days from the date of such order prefer an appeal to the [Collector]2
- (2) The order of the [Collector]1 on appeal shall be final.
