Saving

(1) The Madhya Pradesh Backward Classes Commission constituted vide Notification No. F 12-21-XX-V, dt. 13th March, 1993, shall stand dissolved on the constitution of the Commission under Section 3. (2) Notwithstanding such dissolution, anything done or any action taken by the said Commission or by the State Government in pursuance of its recommendation shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
