1. Short title (2012 Act)
This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vas-sthan Dakhalkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2012.
2. Amendment of Section 2 (2012 Act)
In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Vas-sthan Dakhalkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1980 (No. 4 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the figures and word "14th April, 2003", the figures and word "31st December, 2011" shall be substituted.
3. Amendment of Section 3 (2012 Act)
In Section 3 of the Principal Act, in clauses (ii) and (iii), for the figures and word "14th April, 2003", the figures and word "31st December, 2011" shall be substituted.
4. Amendment of Section 4 (2012 Act)
In sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Principal Act, for the figures and word "14th April, 2003", the figures and word "31st December, 2011" shall be substituted.
